Cycling time varies. Bacteria strains matter. Used Bio-Spira once, faster than expected.

Mine are all about the pellets. Tried flakes once and they acted like I insulted their ancestors. Pellets all the way.

The far left is a real bright neon green, then the white with yellow eyes, an australian orange one, purple, green with pink, hot pink, red, light pink.

I had some pieces here and there in the past, but have gotten hooked on this coral due to more availability of colors in the hobby recently. I really like this lps. Goniopora and flower pot coral enthusiasts, share your experiences
Goniopora is a favorite of mine, I love how pretty they look with their polyps extended. The movement of the extended polyps is really something, it's mesmerizing to watch.
I've got a few gonioporas, and I think the ORA red one is the hardiest type.
