Jason fox corals
Jason fox corals
Anyone ordered from his site? What were your experiences like?
Re: Jason fox corals
I've never made a purchase from him personally, but I've had the chance to own two of his pieces. One of them was bought from a wholesaler at the same event he was at, and the other came from someone who had ordered directly from him. Both pieces are of good quality, I just wouldn't consider buying from him myself due to the price point. However, if you can find pieces that others have bought from him and are now reselling, they're definitely worth considering.
Re: Jason fox corals
I've purchased from his site and also in person at local events. The quality is top-notch, especially if you're after something one-of-a-kind - it's worth the extra cost. His packaging is great, and the specimens always arrive in good health.
Re: Jason fox corals
I've had two positive experiences buying from Jason Fox - he's definitely one of the good guys. I'd put him on the same level as Battle Corals and RMF in terms of coral quality and communication throughout the ordering process.
Re: Jason fox corals
I recently picked up some JF coral at a swap and I'm looking to get more. Can anyone tell me what state he operates out of?
Re: Jason fox corals
I've had a few purchases from his site. Always received great-looking corals that matched the pictures, and they were well taken care of during shipping.
Re: Jason fox corals
I believe Jason Fox is based in Maryland. At my last flintix9t swap, I met a guy from Maryland who claimed to be close to JF, and he was really pushing his corals.

Re: Jason fox corals
Just got my order in from him. Two of the pieces look great, but the third one's a different story - it looks freshly cut and is already showing signs of RTN, probably from shipping stress. One of the pieces, a red dragon, had been recently epoxied to a plug, and it's pretty obvious - no encrustation and the epoxy is a bright white color.
