What are your thoughts on this?
They looked like that initially, but the Duncan has really taken off - it's gone from 5 to 8 in just 6 weeks
Are these corals normal?
Re: Are these corals normal?
The frog spawn too. Why's it all sprawled out like that? Shouldn't it be more bunched up, like a ball with thicker arms?
Re: Are these corals normal?
What about feeding it, have you given that a shot?
Re: Are these corals normal?
I fed it a little while back, didn't touch the food at first, but after a few tries with my sis for the Ruth, it ate. Still looks the same though
Re: Are these corals normal?
They seem content, the Duncan's growth is a good sign it's doing well.
Re: Are these corals normal?
I've got a hammer that looks similar to your frogspawn, same stretched out appearance. I'll chime in and see what others think about it.
Re: Are these corals normal?
I've got a few frogspawn myself, six to be exact. I've noticed when a head is about to split they tend to spread out like yours did. Had one do it just the other day. I've also seen my corals have off days, they just look a bit off sometimes. As long as they're inflated and no skeleton's showing I wouldn't worry about it.
Re: Are these corals normal?
I'm thinking I might see 2 new heads on the frog spawn, not entirely sure though. There's these 2 slightly raised bumps at the base of the flesh and they're turning green in the center. It's been slowly growing its skin over the glue from when I fragged it. I figured if they're growing, they should be fine, but my cousin who's been doing this for years had me worried about my Duncan. The frog spawn had me freaked out too, I couldn't find any pics of them looking like that. Thanks for the input, guys.

They look healthy to me.
