betta fish care advice needed

I've been dealing with a weird issue with my fish for a couple of weeks now - there are these white patches under her fin and around it, and it's all inflamed. Initially, I suspected ick, so I cranked up the heat and added some salt. I did this treatment for over a week, but nothing's changed. I've been scouring the internet, trying to find something that matches what she's got, but no luck. The weird thing is, she doesn't act sick at all - she's eating fine and super active. I've been trying to get in touch with vets, but none of them deal with fish. Has anyone here ever seen anything like this before? I'd love to hear your thoughts on what it could be and what I can do.
