Regal angelfish (pygoplites diacanthus) discussion
just got this tiny regal angel and it's settling in great, feeding well and all that. been in the tank for a day and it's already out and about a lot, which is pretty cool. what's even weirder is all my other fish are now swimming together, it's like they're one big happy family or something. i used to never see my 6line, but now it's out all the time, and my midas doesn't freak out and hide whenever i walk by the tank. definitely gonna try and get some pics for you guys, regal angels are still my absolute favourite marine fish.

the not so shy midas and a little cameo from my silverbellied wrasse
kinda overview of the tank now
and as you can see, yellow seems to be the colour of the day, lol, had no idea i had so much of it in there

Looks great, love the new addition. Where did you manage to pick up the regal angel, mate? I'm having a tough time finding any decent shops around Bristol, might have to make a trip to Taunton or Weston to see what they've got.

Got it from Sanders, really happy with the little guy, been doing great so far
Re: Regal angelfish (pygoplites diacanthus) discussion
Cheers, yeah is that in Weston then?
Re: Regal angelfish (pygoplites diacanthus) discussion
Sanders is actually just outside of burnham on sea, so roughly 6-7 miles from weston, pretty handy for me anyway.

Lovely setup you've got there, really brings out the colours of your fish.

Lovely addition to your tank, that regal angel is stunning.

I think it's a lot more exciting than the clown idea, definitely a lot more adventurous, and I'm loving it.
