Famtsberg, aka Frits, hooked me up with a dozen assassin snails. His packaging was top-notch. USPS had other plans, though - those poor snails took an 8-day detour across the country before landing in my hands. But, I'm stoked to report I've got live assassins on the loose, exploring their new turf.

If you've got plants in your tanks (and you should), you need these guys. Frits is your go-to source. Thanks a ton, Frits.

Thanks for the kind words Liz. I'm glad to hear the assassin snails made it to you safely despite the USPS mishap.

I'm curious, did you end up getting some assassin snails? They're quite the attractive creatures and they're incredibly efficient at their job. I have to admit, I've developed a bit of a soft spot for mine - almost rivaling my affection for my Mystery Snails. It's amusing, really - a strong Discus enthusiast like myself, getting a kick out of snails. I'm not entirely sure how it happened, but I suppose it just did.
