My experience with these, and many other LPS, is they often don't make it in our systems. I've also been keeping an eye on wall hammers - while some do fine, how long do they really last?
Try moving it to a peaceful spot, check for parasites and see if it'll eat when the feeders come out. Good luck.
I've had a few of these scolys in the past, and I've gotta say, they're pretty hardy. I picked them up from my LFS for a steal - around $5 a pop - and they were in pretty rough shape, just a mouth left. I nursed three of them back to health, got 'em to a good size, and then sold 'em off. In my experience, they're actually pretty easy to care for. Where have you seen them struggling? I was feeding them regularly, so that might've made a difference.
