Heading to SF for a family vacation. Need a good quality stock store - any recommendations?

I think Alex at Bayareadiscus might have what you're looking for. He's recently gotten in a new shipment of large Asian discus. You can check out his website - it's linked in the sponsor section - or just contact him directly. He's based in San Jose, so it's about an hour's drive from SF. Alternatively, you could make the trip to Golden State Discus in Sacramento, which is about a 2-hour drive from the city.

Thanks, Jazzman. I appreciate the info. Anything a bit more local to SF would be great, as I'm not sure I can slip away from the family for that long.

Honestly, I'm not aware of any closer options. The ones Jazzman mentioned, like Bayareadiscus and Golden State Discus, are really top-notch though.

By the way, just a heads up, starting this Friday in SF, August 20th, you'll need a COVID vaccination card for indoor restaurant dining.
