Raising red eye red tail puffer eggs.

Post by willie32 »

Spotted something interesting in the tank this morning - might be eggs, but not sure. Only other inhabitants are Glowlight Danios and Amano Shrimp, and these seem too big for Danio eggs. Thought it was pretty cool, to be honest. I've seen others successfully breed them, but I've heard it's quite rare.

Would be awesome if they're Amano Shrimp eggs. I've always thought Danio eggs were really small, and I've noticed the shrimp keep theirs close by, and they're even smaller.

I had the same thought about the size and them being on the glass, but I didn't think there were any corys in the tank, so I ruled that out.

Nope, just the Puffers, Danios, Amano Shrimp, Cherry Shrimp and a mix of snails that've managed to dodge being eaten.
