Honestly speaking, I think the minimum tank size for one Oscar would be around 5 foot by 2.5 foot by 2.5 foot, that's my two cents on this.

Simple answer: no. For an adult Oscar, you're looking at a minimum of 5x2x2 feet. Mine was a decent size, 13 inches in length when I sold him.
