is my stocking level full?

Post by kodex1 »

Tank - 60*20*24 - 520L

Stocking:

4x Afra "Jalo Reef"
4x Cobalt Zebras
2x YT Acei
3x Lab. Mbamba Bay
8x Trewavasae Mpanga
3x Scolofi
4x YT Acei
4x Yellow Lab
11x Sparengae
5x Red Zebra
6x Neon Spot

The Cobalt Zebs take the top spot in size at around 5 inches, while the Red Zebs are the smallest as juvies. The rest are between 2-3 inches.

I'm wondering if I've maxed out my tank or if there's still room for 4-6 Pseudotropheus Ndumbi.

I've had my fair share of keeping multiple cichlids in one tank, and from my experience, these fish will only continue to grow in size. The waste they produce is substantial, so it's crucial to maintain a strict water change schedule. With proper care and regular monitoring, your current stock might thrive. However, I would advise you to keep a close eye on ammonia levels to avoid any potential issues.

I've got dual FX5 filters, so filtration isn't an issue here.
