I've found a better setup for hatching brine shrimp - two 2-liter soda bottles with the bottoms cut off and turned upside down, connected to an airline. It's a lot cheaper and gives you the flexibility to adjust the size of the hatch to match your needs. The live babies are way more effective than decapsulated eggs, as the movement of the shrimp triggers the baby fish to eat, making them a lot more attractive to your fish.
