Jumper's advice is solid. Also, if you're using tap water, make sure it's dechlorinated properly. Chlorine can kill beneficial bacteria and worsen cloudiness.

Another thought: are you using any additives or medications in the tank? Some treatments can cause temporary cloudiness. If so, it should clear on its own once the treatment cycle completes.

How's it looking now, Ace? Hopefully better after the water change. If not, maybe try a UV sterilizer for a day or two. Worked wonders for my tank when nothing else cut it.
