Yep, light's a big factor. I had my light too close to the water, spots showed up. Raised it a few inches, problem solved.

Good plan! Let us know how it goes. Also, if you're dosing ferts, make sure you're not overdoing it. Balance is key.

Another thing to consider is your filter flow. If it's too strong, it can stress the plants. Anubias prefer slower flow. Maybe adjust your filter output?

True, flow matters. My Anubias was getting beat up by my HOB filter. Switched to a sponge filter, plants are chillin' now.
