Man, all this talk about fancy foods makes me feel basic. I've just been using Tetra flakes and my Discus seem fine. But I guess I'll try some frozen stuff now. How often do you guys feed frozen foods?

I do frozen every other day, pellets the rest. Gives 'em variety without breaking the bank. Also, keeps the water cleaner than feeding beef heart daily.

Don't forget about vitamins! I soak my foods in a vitamin supplement once a week. Seems to keep my Discus healthier and more colorful. Anybody else do this?
