is a bicolor angel a suitable choice

Post by drumbeat »

hey guys, just wanted to ask, i've got a 330 liter tank with 33 kg of live rock, and my stock is 6 blue green chromis, 2 ocellaris clowns, 2 pajama cardinals and a single pajama wrasse. my local shop's got a sale on bicolor angels and i'm really keen on getting one, would it be okay with my existing fish, thanks in advance

I think it'd be alright, the only potential issue might be the wrasse getting a bit aggressive, but with a tank that big, they should all find their own space and get along just fine.

Your fish should be fine with the angel. Just keep in mind, angels can be a bit nippy with some species of corals if you decide to add them later on.

if you're after a reef-safe dwarf angel, you might wanna consider a wannabe angel. they don't bother polyps and they're pretty neat to look at
