How to deal with cloudy water in Betta tanks

I've had luck with adding a bit of activated carbon to the filter. Clears up the water fast, but you gotta replace it monthly.

Mine cleared up after I switched to a better water conditioner. Some brands don't neutralize all the junk in tap water.

Never had this issue, but I use a canister filter. Maybe upgrade your filtration if it keeps happening.
