been looking for info on the white tailed trigger (sufflamen sp, i think thats the latin name) and the longnose puffer, but googling only gets me pics, cant find much on tank size requirements or peoples experiences with them.

Thanks axonify, but I think that's not the trigger I'm looking for. I've found this one that seems more like it: http://fins.actwin.com/species/index.php?t=9&i=157. Problem is, I'm struggling to find much info on it. I've been offered one, but it was sold as reef safe initially, then brought back to another store 'cause it's not. The only trigger I could find that fits my limits according to liveaquaria is an undulate trigger. I'm guessing the white tail isn't that common, but my google skills aren't the best, so I might just be missing it.

just been offered this white tail trigger for free, shop cant sell it since it was brought back from another place, figured id try n learn a bit about it since i dont plan on keepin a reef anyway

im still unsure, dont think it will fit unless its similar to the undulate which dosent need as much room, but its free and im starting work in a marine store on monday so any trouble i can easily home it there.

good news is it says it's peaceful n grows to 8inches i think!? might go for it.

i searched fishbase for it n it came up with this, but u said the genus was sufflamen...
