I've had this issue with my betta for about a week now - she's been looking bloated and there's this weird white stuff near her anus. Her poop's also been floating, which is weird. I'm gonna throw this out there, might be a long shot, but I've seen white, floating poop in fish before and to me it seems like it's not breaking down right, maybe there's just not enough fiber or nutrients in the food. Have you thought about switching up the food or adding some variety to see if that makes a difference? I'd try the simple stuff first before adding meds or treatments to the water.

The small white bump near her anus is likely her ovipositor, which is a normal feature in female betta fish. It's usually white in females, while males have a darker one.

If you're seeing stringy white poop, it could be a sign of an internal issue such as a bacterial or protozoan infection, or even intestinal worms. Given that your betta is still eating well, I'd say worms are a more likely possibility.
