is kribs compatibility an issue?

Post by tidehunt »

I've got a 25-gallon tank with 6 Corydoras catfish, 7 neon tetras, and 2 German Rams. Thinking of adding two kribs - do you think that's a good idea with this mix?

I'd advise against it, mainly due to the rams. Having a pair of them in a 25-gallon tank isn't ideal, considering the base dimensions aren't exactly spacious. The rams and kribs would compete for space, and that's a recipe for stress. You might get away with it in a larger tank, something like a four-footer, but even then I'm not entirely convinced it would work out.
