can someone identify this?

Got a dog that was supposed to be a yellow lab, and I'm still trying to figure out its actual breed.

Appears to be a sunnygold cichlid.

I'm thinking Labidochromis Caereleus, but what's throwing me off is the lack of black markings, that's what's got me questioning the ID, Fluxx.

Honestly, I was leaning more towards Labidochromis Caereleus myself, but I can see why you'd think that - it does resemble a sunnygold, just not the typical characteristics I've seen.

No way, Electric Yellow isn't even a fish, thanks for the try though. Seriously, I think it could be a kenyi, or maybe a yellow lab, something like that.

Likely a Labidochromis Caereleus and red zebra cross, these are pretty common in stores, sold under different names. If you're planning to breed, I wouldn't use this fish, just something to keep in mind.
