One more thing—if you're using CO2, make sure it's not getting blown out by the flow. I had that issue until I adjusted my diffuser placement.

Good point. Also, check your light intensity. High flow can sometimes mean less CO2 retention, so you might need to tweak the balance.

Man, this thread's got me thinking I need to redo my whole setup. Maybe I'll toss in some Bucephalandra too. Sounds legit.
