Be careful overfeeding. Discus bloat easy. Stick to scheduled portions.

Could be internal parasites. Metroplex in food fixed my group's weird swimming last year. Worth a shot if it persists.

Check tank vibrations too. My washer nearby made them skittish till I moved it.
