I've taken a closer look and I'm pretty convinced it's an Amblygobius Stethophthalmus, just like buzzbee mentioned. Check it out for yourself - http/www.reeflex.net/tiere/1991_Amblygob...hophthalmus.htm. To be honest, I wouldn't expect it to be drastically different from other gobies, but still a nice find.

Yeah, I'd agree it's the latter too... such a lovely little guy, always on the go, sifting through the sand bed for food. When he's not doing that, he's nipping at the hairs on my arm if I'm near the tank, lol.
