Spot on. And if you're using peat or almond leaves, pull 'em out for now. They're great but not during a crash.

How's the temp? Sometimes bumping it to 86°F helps 'em recover faster. Just don't go higher—Discus can't take it.

Yep, and add some salt if they're still stressed. 1 tbsp per 5 gallons for a few days. Works wonders.
