Choosing between plakat and delta.

I just brought home my first Betta and I'm smitten. He's a dumbo male, not a female like I initially wanted, but I fell in love with him the moment I saw him. What really caught my attention though, is that he's blind in one eye - it's kind of sad, but it makes him all the more special.

I got him from my local fish store, and he's still stressed from the move, his orange color isn't as vibrant as it was in the store - it's more of a peachy hue now. I've given him some time to settle in, just taking a few pictures for now.

I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out his tail type, does anyone know if it's a delta or plakat? Any help would be great.

Would love to see more pictures of Boo Boo, he's quite the charmer. I'm leaning towards a delta tail myself, seems like a common combination with the dumbo ears, but a second opinion never hurts.

Definitely a canvas/Dumbo ear, I was leaning towards delta tail/dumbo ear initially, given that's the most common combo for dumbo ears. Lovely fish, by the way.

He's definitely got a unique charm to him. Dumbos are known for their big personalities, so I'm sure Boo Boo will keep you entertained.
