I've never seen Andrew's tank in person, we met right when Covid started. He did mention the Kessil lights, though - those are what give it that beautiful shimmer effect. I love the look, but I'm just not ready to shell out that kind of cash yet.

I completely agree, Kessils are incredible but they come with a hefty price tag. I've experimented with alternative lighting options and discovered that a bright par20 bulb at 6k can achieve a similar effect at a significantly lower cost.

I'll grab a better video later showing the dimming, sunray and shimmer effect in the water, and post it on my thread.
