That Phobos looks stuffed. I've never tried those live flies, are they actually live or are they frozen like the bloodworms?

He's a total pig, but he's got the best personality. The flies are actually live, and my bettas and angels just can't get enough of them. I have to admit, I was a bit surprised when I found out they weren't always wingless - my cats knocked over a container once, and let's just say it was a bit of a mess. My husband was not happy, but he's not really into fish, so I guess that's to be expected. The store I get the flies from doesn't always have them in stock, and it's a bit out of my way, but they have a great selection of frozen and flaked food, so I usually stock up when I'm there. I get two bottles at a time, and they last about six weeks. There's a bit of a learning curve to using them, but it's definitely worth it.
