Just a heads up, I'm on holiday with my family till early Friday morning and I might squeeze in a visit to a Dutch LFS if I get the chance. We're based in Haarlem but we'll be doing some traveling to places like Leiden and Amsterdam in the afternoons, so I don't mind going a bit out of my way.
As I'm from Ireland and still learning to drive, it's not easy for me to get to LFS back home - no public transport links nearby and no one to give me a lift. So, I'd really appreciate any recommendations or experiences from aquarium hobbyists in the Netherlands.

I came across this aquarium store in Hilversum, it's a bit of a trek from Haarlem, but it looks incredible - address is Havenstraat 58A, 1211 KM Hilversum.

You've got a few great options to consider in the Netherlands. I've got some recommendations for you - Utaka in Amersfoort, Lambert Heijnricsstraat 2-4, 3817ER, is definitely worth a look. Aquabeek in Handel, St.Magdalenaweg 6, 5423XK, is another one to keep in mind. De waterlelie in Enschede, Lonnekerbrugstraat 82, 7547AK, and Romberg in Delft, Hugo de Grootplein 25, 2613VL, are also worth visiting. Then there's Aquafizz in Zwijndrecht, Willem Ruysplein 2-4, 3333 BX, Strijker in Rotterdam, Beijerlandselaan 43b, 3074EB, and Zoo & zo in Ede, Lorentzstraat 1b, 6716 AD - all of these are easily accessible by public transport.
Also, if you're interested, Burger's zoo in Arnhem is definitely worth a visit. They've got an amazing mangrove section that's a must-see, featuring a biotope from Belize. Our livebearer society actually helped advise on the livebearers that live there.

I've checked out the video and their website, it looks absolutely fantastic. If I can make it work, I'd definitely go.
Thanks for the suggestion, really appreciate it.
