Frogspawn coral sting

Post by zen_9 »

Just curious, do various frogspawn species interact aggressively with one another? I'm trying to figure out the safe distance for housing them together.

You can keep frogs and hammers together, no issues there. But with torches, it's best to keep them at a distance.

I completely agree with felinxo on this one. Frogspawn and hammers seem to get along fine, but I'd definitely keep them away from torch corals. I've had great success keeping my hammers and frogspawn together on the same rock - I've even got a picture of them cohabiting peacefully.

Frogspawn can be close, just not touching at first, let them grow into each other. But torch, that's the one you gotta watch, most territorial of the euphylia.
