I'm pretty sure that as long as your tank is cycled, you're good to go - someone correct me if I'm wrong. From my understanding, they're pretty resilient and not too fussy about food, so you should be alright.

I agree with brunobear, as long as the tank is cycled, you should be good to go. They're pretty hardy and easy to feed, so I think you'll be fine.

I've got to ask, how on earth did you cram 190kg of live rock into a 420 litre tank? I'm genuinely surprised there's any room left to move.

It's not about the space left but rather how well you utilise it.

I'd say 190kg of live rock is way more than you'd need for a 420litre tank, it's like overkill, right? seems a bit excessive.
is that some sort of record or something, like a gkento4t challenge?

I'm no expert but 190kg of live rock in 420 litres does seem a bit excessive, doesn't it? I mean, it's not like a gkento4t slap or something, but still, a lot of rock for the space, right?
