i still dont know what they are - they're more orange than yellow...anyone got any ideas? i've got 10 of them, but a couple are developing dark stripes, although they're pretty faded - i'm wondering if these are males starting to colour up?

Johanni's a possibility, I agree, given those white markings. Their facial structure does bear a resemblance to saulosi, though. We'll have to keep an eye on them, see if any start displaying male colours.

Cheers mate, I was thinkin' the same, Johanni, but these ones are more on the reddy/orange side rather than yellow, know what I mean?

Johanni typically get their horizontal stripes showing up around 2" even if they're just faint, this is usually a sign of them colouring up.
