If you're in Washington, you need to grab this deal - it's a total steal. I'm still trying to figure out why people in your area are always so willing to give away great stuff. I'm a little jealous, to be honest - why can't I be a Washingtonian with access to all these amazing deals?

So this one I have no idea because Tacoma isn't exactly wealthy, but I'm guessing it's the surrounding cities like Seattle, Redmond, and especially Bellevue that are home to the wealthier crowd, and they seem to give away just about anything for free.
