Can I keep a Powder Blue tang with a Yellow Tang and a Lipstick Tang in my 300-gallon tank or will they clash?
Thanks
Alan

I think you've got the wrong section for this question.

You'll likely be fine in a 300-gallon tank, but it really does depend on the individual fish you're dealing with.

hi there
yeah they're all good to mix, i've had a lipstick tang, purple tang, yellow tang and a powder blue tang, they all got along just fine, did have an achilles tang too but sadly lost him. just keep an eye on your powder blue, they can be prone to white spot like any other tang.

It's down to the individual fish, their temperaments can vary.

It should be alright, but there's always some uncertainty with any fish. 300 gallons is an impressive system, by the way. What's the rest of your stocklist looking like? Any plans for a school of anthias or a pair of mandarins, maybe a large angel?

I'd be more concerned about keeping them well-fed and ich at bay.
