How does flourish work and what to expect from my plants?

Just a quick update on my plant situation. I'd planted that gold ribbon plant, then ended up taking it out since it was semi-aquatic.

I've now added three new plants in and I'm curious, do they look like they've been planted right? I've got Seachem Flourish on hand, wondering if I should add some in to help them settle.

Your Anubias seems a bit too deep in the substrate. I learned this the hard way with my first one. The rhizome should be just above the sand, that's the green part between the stems and roots. I'm not sure how to describe it, but I can post a picture of mine if you need a visual.
