Can bumble bee gobies coexist with plecos?
Also, can plecos survive in tap water or do they need dechlorinated water?
Can bumble bee gobies and plecos be tankmates in a chlorine-free environment?

You really need to make your tap water safe for fish, it's not exactly rocket science. Use a water conditioner - it's a must. I'm surprised I even have to say this.

No, and you'd think that's obvious by now.
Re: Can bumble bee gobies and plecos be tankmates in a chlorine-free environment?
I'm asking this because I'm planning to put them together. Will the pleco see the bumble bee goby as food or will they just coexist peacefully?

First off, what exactly is a pleco to you - there are many types, all unique.
You'd think it's a given, but I have to ask: did you consider looking this up before posting, to get more specific answers?

I was referring to the dwarf plecos, to be specific.

When the goby wanders into the pleco's hideout, that's when trouble can start. My previous pleco was notorious for defending its territory - it took out three fish that ventured too close to its lair.

I'm still wondering, can dwarf pleco live with bumble bee goby?

Let's not be too harsh on them. They're still figuring things out, even after all these years.

Most gobies, including the bumble bee, tend to be on the timid side - there are exceptions, mind you. A fish that resembles them but might be more resilient to a pleco is the panda garra.
