Diver shares surprising underwater encounter with a fish

I came across another clip from an animal rights group that's got me questioning things. It shows a diver holding this fish, kissing it, and then tossing it back in the water. The fish swims back to the diver, but I'm not convinced it's enjoying this interaction. Check it out at 0:37 in the video.
