Thanks for the advice, I've bumped up the water changes to 20% weekly, really hoping to see some improvement, fingers crossed.

I'm curious about the dino outbreak you mentioned, could you explain that in more detail - what kind of symptoms did you notice before it happened, and how did you eventually resolve the issue.

I'm thinking it could be metal contamination. The new pump I got had a cast iron impeller, and when I took it apart, it was badly rusted. I'm starting to think this might have started after I installed the new pump. I did a 20% water change, but this time I used buckets instead of the pump, and I've ...

I'm stumped, that's why I'm reaching out for help here. Everything that can be tested and measured has remained the same - flow, temp, lighting, salinity, all constant.

Kh is 9, Mg is 1560, been like that forever. Ca is 430, Po4 is 0.04, No3 is around 2.

Thanks for the responses. Water parameters are all good, system's been running for 3 years now, 1500 liters total. Two reef tanks and a frag tank all on the same water. In the main tank where the hammers are struggling, I also lost a whole acan garden. My other display tank is having issues with the ...

i never had that issue, my tank cycled pretty clean, no major algae blooms for me
