no, there's not much aggression between them. currently they're both in the cave, but usually it's just the male that goes in there, like when something spooks him or something.

i posted about this before but seems like nobody's paying attention now. my girl's definitely trying to mate, no question, but my boy's just not cooperating - every time she makes a move, he freaks out, shakes and swims off, kinda like he's all aflutter or something. does anyone know what's going on ...

Just did a water change, swapped out about a third of it.

Yeah, they've got 2 caves to choose from. Before they started this whole mating thing, her belly was super red, but now it's pretty much back to normal. And I've also noticed she's got a bit more yellow to her now.
