Re: I made an error.

I had my female fin_tank in a community tank for a bit because her 5-gallon tank had a crack. She was chillin with 2 female neptunes and this one male, I'm pretty sure she thought he was a male betta or something, 'cause she started producing eggs. Now they're just sitting there, doing nothing. I ...

She still has them. It's been weeks and nothing's changed, they're still just sitting there.

So she's just gonna be fine then? What's the deal with her getting rid of the eggs, does she just absorb them or something?

Re: Which is better for my aquarium: root tabs or aqua soil?

I've found a pretty reliable alternative to aqua soil for my planted tanks. I used to use aqua soil with great results, but it would break down after 8-10 months and cause issues with my filter.

Re: care and handling of a betta with bladder disease

Re: are people more likely to jump?

I've had two betta jump out of their tanks in the past year, and both were King Bettas. The first one was in a 10-gallon tank, but the lid wasn't secured properly. I've since upgraded all my tanks to heavier glass lids, thinking that would solve the problem.

However, I just had my second King ...
