I've been in your shoes before, Jamie. She's defending her territory, that's why she's turned on him. I'm guessing your tank's not the biggest, given he's stuck hiding at the top.
I'd take her out, give the tank a bit of a rearrange, and then put her back in after a day or two. That might calm her ...

Are you talking about them putting on a display for each other? That can go on for a bit and you might not see any eggs right away, even if they do mate. It's pretty cool to watch, though.

Anubias are pretty versatile, they can thrive in a fully submerged environment or in a marshy setup. Another thing to consider is adding more plants and cover - if the male can't see the other fish, he's less likely to chase them. The visibility issue might be a contributing factor to his behaviour. I also have some reservations about keeping Kribs and Angels together, it's possible this is ...

What's the size of your tank, and who else is living in it?
You've got to think about what you're trying to achieve here. If your tank's too small for the other fish to escape the male Krib's aggression, maybe you should reconsider breeding Kribs or remove the other fish and just keep the breeding ...

I got a pair from my LFS last year, but the female had buoyancy issues so I swapped her out for another. Initially, the new female and male were a bit iffy, but they soon paired up. They've laid several batches of eggs since, no babies yet though.
