Can I keep a Powder Blue tang with a Yellow Tang and a Lipstick Tang in my 300-gallon tank or will they clash?

I've got a trumpet coral I'm trying to target feed, and the polyps that face upwards are a breeze - just place the food and they close up no problem. The ones that face outwards, though, are a different story. I've tried holding the food there until they close, but that doesn't seem to be working ...
