Both are great, but white worms are easier to culture at home. Blackworms need more maintenance, and they're pricier if you buy them live.

White worms are a solid choice for discus. You'll need a shallow container, like a plastic shoebox, with moist peat moss or coco coir. Keep it around 60-70F, they don't like it too warm. Feed them oatmeal or bread, but avoid mold. I've had success with a small air stone for humidity control.
