I've had good luck with Cryptocoryne Wendtii. It's a bit slower but super durable. Works well in low light and sand substrate.

do you prefer root tabs or liquid ferts?
I've been using liquid ferts for my 20 gallon planted tank, but my Amazon Swords aren't thriving. Should I switch to root tabs or stick with liquids? Tank has CO2, medium lighting, and a dirted substrate.

Good thread. I've been cautious but didn't realize the stakes. 30-gallon nano, AI Hydra, 1.025 salinity. Always used gloves but never goggles. Adding those to the kit. How often do you guys replace your gloves? Mine get tiny tears after a few uses.
