I think you'll be alright adding a few more fish, I've got a big tank, 490 litres, and I've also got a nano with 7 small fish and 9 corals, seems to be working out fine for me.

That's what happened to me twice, had to quarantine the tank and take water out into a separate tank for 4 days. Is the Bangai Cardinal still in quarantine, I'm guessing it is. I've had similar issues with high ammonia and nitrate levels, and I'm thinking it could be a bacterial infection. I've had good luck with Odinox in the past, it's usually sorted out problems like this for me.

honestly, yeah 190kg is more than enough for a 420litre tank, it's like overkill on the live rock, lol

It's not about the space left but rather how well you utilise it.

I agree with brunobear, as long as the tank is cycled, you should be good to go. They're pretty hardy and easy to feed, so I think you'll be fine.
