Is the Bangai Cardinal still in quarantine, I'm guessing it is. I've had similar issues with high ammonia and nitrate levels, and I'm thinking it could be a bacterial infection. I've had good luck with Odinox in the past, it's usually sorted out problems like this for me.

honestly, yeah 190kg is more than enough for a 420litre tank, it's like overkill on the live rock, lol

I agree with brunobear, as long as the tank is cycled, you should be good to go. They're pretty hardy and easy to feed, so I think you'll be fine.

"Trim or break off the piece of the monti that's directly in the torch's firing line, that way you avoid sudden tissue death or whatever you call it when SPS start bleaching out. No need for a sudden shock to the system. And yeah, looks like we've got a tie-breaker on our hands."
