Thanks for the reassurance, I was a bit concerned it might be something more sinister. I've had the mopani wood in for years and it still gives off a bit of colour, turns the water a slightly yellow hue when I'm doing water changes, but it's not a big deal for me.

Picked them up yesterday, Viscum Water Gardens in Barnburgh.

To be honest, it does bear some resemblance, but it's missing that distinctive red hue.
