Same here. Skimmers are noisy anyway. If you're chill with weekly water changes, you're golden.

looks like a female to me, the spotting on the cheek doesn't quite make it all the way down.

id have to say 1st, venustus is a strong possibility, 2nd looks like a mix of rusty and yellow lab, 3rd still unsure, 4th might be a johanni, 5th possibly an aulonocara, 6th and that sucker fish is likely a sucking loach

I'm pretty sure it's a Venustus, Milomo have those brownish red blotches on their fins, that's the main difference for me.
