Yeah, and if it starts looking sketchy, just move it. They're pretty forgiving once you find their sweet spot.

Mine started bleaching when I put it too high. Moved it lower with less light, and it colored right back up. Maybe start low and adjust?

Nah, slow growth is normal for Anubias in high pH. Just keep the water clean and don't overfeed. What's your tank temp? Warmer water might help a bit, but don't go crazy.

I've done numerous freshwater dips on various corals without issue. The key thing that hasn't been mentioned yet is to ensure the temp of the dip water matches your tank's temp.
