optimal placement for id-flow and biofilter corals

I'm having trouble recalling the name of this thing, but I'm curious - is it low, medium, or high flow? It seems to work well everywhere, so I just want to confirm. Thanks for any help.

I think the coral you're referring to might be a Goniopora. If you're looking for more info, Advanced Aquarist has an article on inverts from 2002 that might help, and there's also a relevant piece on Reefkeeping from 2005.
