Breeding albino cory cats: eggs and spawning experiences

Just had to share the latest 'gifts' from my albino Corys - they've scattered eggs all over the front of my 60-gallon tank. Here's mom being photo-bombed by one of my rams.

She's also 'decorated' two other spots with eggs, about half the amount you see in the picture. Anyone else get these 'presents' on a weekly basis?

I noticed in the first picture those small white lines near the eggs - are they moving? If they are, I'd say they're either detritus worms or planaria. Planaria are egg-eaters, so you'd want to get rid of them. Detritus worms, on the other hand, usually stick to the substrate, but if the gravel's dirty or the water's off, they'll swarm on the glass. To deal with detritus worms, I'd recommend a big water change - we're talking 75-80% - and a thorough gravel cleaning. Don't forget to clean the filter, that usually helps too.

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it. Those small white lines near the eggs are actually just bubbles and debris from the filter that's directly behind them. I did a big water change and gravel cleaning a few weeks ago, so I don't think it's a detritus worm issue. My Cory's have been doing great, I've had at least 2-3 fry from each batch they've laid, and they just keep going - one batch a week for the last year. I've got multiple pairs that love to lay eggs, and I'm not even trying to breed them, they just do their thing. I'm actually pretty amazed that they're so prolific, especially since the tank temp is set for my rams to breed, not the Cory's - it's about 6-8 degrees higher than what they're supposed to need to breed.
